Returns

I value your support and want you to be happy so please email hello@seedsofthesun.com should you have any concerns or questions about your purchase.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
  3. Giftcards, sale and clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 6 month replacement warranty period on all of our Amber Pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

How do I return an item?

  1. Email heidi@seedsofthesun.com
  2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
  3. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back at our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
  4. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
